Nancy Kil is Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. Nancy has been an attorney at Broadridge for two years and supports a number of business in the investor communications solutions (“ICS”) division, primarily in the mutual/retirement funds and marketing communications space. Prior to joining Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., Nancy worked in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP where she was a corporate associate in the finance practice group. Nancy is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.
